EMZ-13VX Binocular Zoom Stereo, W.D. 90mm with Dual Light Port.

PRODUCT INFORMATION.

The EMZ-13VX has a dual integrated fiber optic light port that accepts a FL150/30 bifurcated light guide, which illuminates through the objective lenses. This type of illumination requires a MA978, a 1/4 wave plate in a rotatable mount. For easier observation, which are difficult to see under oblique incident-light illumination. It brings out interference colors of thin films on IC waters for high-contrast observation of circuit pattern structures.The EMZ-13VX is ideal for observing scratches on metal surfaces, IC chips, liquid crystal patterns.The body offers a large zoom ratio of 7:1, the highest in it's series. Modularitiy of design enables the user to select magnification from 3x - 420x.The paired objectives are parfocalled and parcentered that guarantees observation of exceptionally high resolution images throughout a wide magnification range. The EMZ-13VX series offer working distances from 34mm - 252mm. The EMZ-13VX employs Greenough optics, for improved image flatness and contrast. A wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available.
