PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

IONForce Air Gun type ionizer is a handheld static elimination ionizer which is easy and safe to use. It is used to eliminate charges from high static charge materials and can be used to clean dust particles. It is widely applied on high level clean room industries such as precision electronic production, electronic device assembly site, biological and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

DEVICE INSTALLATION
1. Air Pressure / Compressed Air Check the air-pressure supply.
Be sure that the air-pressure is less than 0.6MPa
Be noted that exceeding the required air-pressure can cause damage to the device due to its special design and structure requirements.
Connect the air-pressure supply to the air-input of the device at the power adaptor.
2. Power Adaptor
Make sure to fix the location of the power adaptor to prevent from dropping or damaging.
Keep away from humid, corrosive, flammable, dusty environment, and do not allow any water or moist to enter into the power adaptor and into the air gun body.
The incoming compressed air-pressure must be clean and dry.
3. Working Distance
The best distance to use the ionizer is from 100mm~800mm away from the air outlet (Air gun head). The air gun is not suitable to be used on long time process procedure or continuous air-flow condition.
4. Air Filter
Air Filter 0.01Micron. Install the air-filter to the power adaptor to insure that the air-output is clean and the ionized air meets the clean room requirement.
Reminder: Air filters have single way air through direction in which must be followed to achieve the filter's efficiency.
5. Air Volume Controller (Optional)
Install the air volume controller prior to the power adaptor to control the compressed air volume release to the equipment.

OPERATING GUIDE
1. Power On
First, connect the air-jacket tubing of the device to the power adaptor and then connect the air-input tubing to the rear of the power adaptor.
Turn on the power adaptor and test the air gun.
Upon pulling the trigger of the air gun, green LED indicator lights up and ion air comes out from the air gun head.
2. Test Verification
Aim the air gun head at the metal plate of the CPM (Check the performance based on the required distance of the process). Check the decay time and ion balance based on the ± 1000V static charge application on the CPM metal plate with the recommended distance from 100mm~800mm.
3. Emitter Point Cleaning Procedure
IONForce does not generate particle itself, it is completely suitable to be used in any clean room class. Dust particles, moisture, and oil from compressed air can affect the performance of the air gun, periodic cleaning of emitter point is necessary to insure the air gun is working properly.

ATTENTION
■ When device set-up,please do make sure incoming compressed air pressure must be clean and dry.
■ Be sure that the air-pressure is less than 0.6MPa.
■ It is recommended to conduct a periodic verification for the IONForce.
■ Stop using when the RED LED light is on. Check the ionizer whether it works properly and sends it back to manufacturer if needed.
MAINTENANCE
If it does not work normally due to wrong operations and other reasons, please do notify the supplier immediately. Prohibit to personally taking it apart or making self-maintenance.
Operating manual is only for IONForce users. It includes the tester's components, operation and some concerning information, some upgrading property with continuing stability, slightly difference will be allowed with operation and manual.
