Used for checking the coating thickness of wet paint, enamel lacquer, adhensive , architectural coating, color coating, varnish, chemical industry, or other coating that has been applied to a smooth surface.
Measuring Procedure:
1. Select comb according to approximate thickness.
2. Hold comb perpendicular to coating to be measured.
3. Press into coating until the comb stands square.
4. Wet film thickness is between the highest step coated and the next (higher) step remains uncoated.
The Vibration Calibrator is a small, self-contained handheld shaker designed for quick and easy checking of accelerometers, vibration monitoring systems and recording systems. Providing a known and controlled RMS vibration for verification for accelerometers weighing up to 150g.
