NTS-6 Motorized Rotating Friction Torque Tester tests 

the smoothness of rotation and components of small precision motors,

such as, gearbox, bearings, oil seals, etc. 

The motorized tester turns at a set rotational speed 

based upon the model.

The tester can be used to measure torque in CW 

and CCW directions. 

The NTS-6 has three modes of operation: 

real time, PP (peak) and PD (continuous output). 

The NTS-6 torque tester has programmable high/low 

setpoints to enable go/no-go testing. 

3 indicator lights inform the user 

where the current torque reading is in relation the the setpoints. 

YELLOW lights up for measurements less than Low setpoint, 

GREEN for between High and Low setpoints, and 

RED for over High setpoint and testing automatically stops.
