HS-8698 is an excellent intrarad ray BGA rework station, consisting of infrared ray desoldering (rework), soldering iron, pick up pen, adopts the advance technology of infrared ray heating and desoldering. It has the feature of even heating and non hot air blow, hardly affect the components around the working area of the PCB.

HS-8698 is equiied with dual route temperature sensor to detect and monitor the temperature of the working area and the surrounding components of the PCB at The rework more accurately.

HS-8698 is appliedto the soldering and desodering work of SMD, CSP, LGA, QPF, PLCC as well as ball planting of BGA components, ideal for soldering and desoldering work of the mainboard of laptop, computer, mobile phone and game player ect.
