Terms and conditions of warranty replacement return of products

1. Santa company reserves the right to guarantee only products purchased from the company, which has a warranty period as specified in the quotation document, covering only products that are used in Thailand.
2. Warranty will only guarantee product damage under proper use and caused by manufacturing errors from the factory only.
3. Products that are damaged and in the above cases The company will repair and replace spare parts free of charge. But it depends on the conditions that are considered material as follows
3.1 The customer must show or inform the warranty card number to the company every time before using the service. The warranty card must contain correct and complete details such as product type, brand, model, machine number. and must be signed by an authorized signatory and sealed with the company s seal
3.2 The warranty does not cover the consumable items of the Product. Accessories for use, products that can be additionally installed or replaced later, parts made of glass, plastic, electric bulbs, electric coils, fragile and fragile parts. Including equipment and parts that wear or deteriorate from normal use.
3.3 Details of service provided during the warranty period
3.3.1 Bangkok Metropolitan Region
- Free of service fees, travel expenses, spare parts, and transportation costs for repairs

- Travel expenses, transportation expenses, allowances, accommodation expenses, and transportation expenses for repairs are actually calculated.
3.3.3 The company will take time to inspect the product in 2 - 7 working days (approximately) after the date the product is returned from the customer.
3.3.4 In the event that the company Received and inspected the product and found that the product is not damaged, the company reserves the right to change / return the product and will return the original product to the customer.
3.3.5 The company would like to refuse to return the product. In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the product But the product has been unpacked. or used already
3.3.6 The company reserves the right to change, amend the conditions for changing / returning products and refunding without prior notice.
4. Conditions beyond the warranty
4.1 Damage to the Product caused by careless use or misuse. Misuse of the product The installation is not working properly. Lack of maintenance and not following instructions in the manufacturer s manual only.
4.2 Damage to the product caused by modification Or repaired by others who are not representatives of the company
4.3 Damage to the Products caused by external factors, disasters or natural disasters such as abnormal environment, fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, damage caused by animals or insects.
4.4 Damage to the product caused by transportation. or moving the goods by others who are not representatives of the Company after installation or delivery of the goods.
