About laser beam.

1. Miyachi laser devices are Class 4 lasers. Exposure to direct, scattered or reflected laser light is extremely.

hazardous. Never expose eyes to laser irradiation.

2. Always wear protective eyewear within the area where laser light may reach. (Protective eyewear is included in theaccessories.).

3. Never aim the laser at any part of your own body or other people. Exposure to laser beams will cause severe burns.

4. Never aim the laser at any direction other than the processing area. Cover the laser with a shield made of a light absorbing/dispersing material that can withstand high temperatures.

5. Never apply the laser beam to flammable or combustible materials. It will cause a fire.

About high voltage.

1. Before exchange the pumping lamp or taking off the cover of the power supply,

turn the power OFF and wait at least 5 minutes after turning OFF power. Make

sure that discharging of the capacitor is completed before starting work.

2.Always ground the ground terminal.

About handling of laser devices.

1. Appoint a laser safety supervisor.

2. Partition off all areas that may be exposed to laser light and supervise there.

3. Never attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the devices.
