AOI Inspection S3030

The Seamark S3030 device is mainly used for automatic optical inspection of pre- and post-reflow surface mounting defects. This equipment is equipped with multi-angle RGBW light sources, a four-channel low-angle 3D projection system, high-resolution high-speed inspection cameras with telecentric lenses, as well as high-precision 3D imaging technology. It comes standard with a Y-axis gantry dual motor drive mechanism, enabling high-speed and high-precision inspection of products.

The S3030 achieves 3D inline automatic optical inspection functionality, capable of detecting defects on SMT circuit boards, such as missing components, misalignment, polarity, lifted leads, sideward, tombstone effect, solder joint defects, solder balls, contamination, foreign objects, and scratches.
