โมดูลเครื่องบอนดิ้งสายแพร Amada miyachi interposer module for hot bar soldering

Amada miyachi interposer module for hot bar soldering โมดูลอินเตอร์พอเซอร์อะมาดะมิยาชิ.

For reflow soldering and hot bar bonding.

1. Designed for system integration or as a module for use with Desktop Bonders

2. Extends thermode life.

3. Self-leveling tape tension control.

4. Optional upgrade for automatic tape feeding.

Miyachi Eapro's interposer module for Kapton and Sarcon tape is a reel-to-reel feeder which holds a full spool of interposer tape on the left, and collects the used interposer material on the right. An intelligent spring mechanism prevents sticking of the interposer material to the thermode after bonding. Tension is controlled through a spring-operated level. Why use interposer tape?  It lenghtens the life of the thermode by protecting it from damage and contamination from repeated exposure to fluxes, solder, etc..The Interposer Module is available in both manual and fully automatic configurations and may be used with all Miyachi Europe Hot bar systems.

Key features.

1. Independent modular design for optimum system intregation.

2. Self levelling mechannism for tape tension control.

3. Optional upgrade module for automatic tape feeding.

4. Sarcon tape reel usage providing product protection and even pressure on bond arear.

5. Sarcon tape enabling elimination of hot bar pollution.

The interposer module is a reel to reel feeding device using a left and right sub module making it independent to the hot bar length. The module holds a full spool of interposeron the used interposer material. An intelligent spring mechanism in the module prevents sticking of the interposer material to the hot bar after bonding. The tension on the interposer material is automatically controlled through a spring operated level. The interposer module is available in a manual or a fully automatic configuration application for all Amada Miyachi Europe hot bar system.
