Vibration meter fluke 805
Key feature
- The new sensor design minimizes measurement variations. Caused by the angle of the device or the pressure that touches
- Consistent data quality across the low and high frequency ranges
- The four dimensions indicate the severity of the problem with vibration and overall bearing condition.
- Exportable data via USB
- Trend Detection in Microsoft® Excel Using Built-in Templates
- Total vibration measurement (10 Hz to 1,000 Hz) to find acceleration. Variety of speed and removal distance of machines
- Crest Factor + is used to evaluate reliable bearings. With the tip of the sensor directly measured at frequencies between 4,000 Hz and 20,000 Hz.
- Color lighting (green, red) and on-screen comments indicate the level of need for detailed measurements.
- Measuring temperature with an infrared temperature sensor increases the diagnostic capabilities.
- The built-in memory can store the results of 3,500 measurements.
- Audio output for hearing bearing sound directly
- External acceleration meter can be connected for hard-to-reach areas.
- A flashlight for viewing the measurement position in dark areas.
- Large, high-resolution display for easy operation and viewing.
- Use the 805 to inspect the following machines:
- Freezer (cooling)
- fan
- Cooling system drive
- Centrifugal pump
- Constant flow system pump
- Air compressor
- Blower
- General gearbox (Roller bearing)
- Machine tools (motors, gearboxes, shafts, etc.)
