Battery analyzer fluke 500
Key feature
Fluke BT510 key features
- Battery voltage - during the internal resistance test The Fluke Battery Analyzer measures the voltage of the battery under test.
- Discharge Voltage - Discharge mode collects the voltage of each battery several times at user defined intervals during discharge or load testing. The user can calculate the time it takes for the battery to fall to the cut-off voltage level. And use this time to figure out the loss of battery capacity.
- Ripple voltage test - Measure the unwanted residual alternating current component of rectified voltage in the DC charging circuit and inverter. Allows the user to test the alternating current element in the DC charging circuit. And find the cause of battery deterioration
- Meter and Sequence Mode - Meter mode is used for quick testing or troubleshooting. In this mode, you can record and read values in measurement sequence or time sequence. Sequence mode is used for maintenance work with multiple power systems and multiple battery series. Before starting work Users can configure work profiles for data management and report generation.
- Minimum Threshold and Warning - User can define up to 10 thresholds and receive pass / warning / fail signals for each measure.
- Intercellular Resistance Test and Data Handling - Measure the resistance of the connections between cells for batteries in series. Once the measurement is complete, Fluke Battery Management Software Version 1.0.69 can report the strapping resistance for the battery series or historical data over a specific period of time.
- Auto Hold - When Auto Hold is on. Readings are saved when held for 1 second, and then readings are released when a new measurement is started.
- Auto save - when using auto save The measured values are automatically saved in the internal memory. After saving the auto accrual value
- Fluke Battery Management Software - Easy import of product data to your computer. Measurement data and battery profile data are stored with the management software. And can be used to compare and analyze trends. Battery profile measurement data And all analytical data can be easily used to generate reports.
- Comprehensive recording - All measurement values are automatically saved during the test. They can be reviewed in the tool before downloading for field analysis.
- Optimized User Interface - Quick, guided setup helps you keep accurate information every time.
- Battery life 7.4 V 3000 mAh lithium-ion battery for more than eight hours of continuous operation.
- USB port for fast data download to data analysis and report management software.
- Highest safety rating in the industry - CAT III 600 V, 1000 V dc max.for safe measurements of battery power supplies.

2 Currently not working with the Fluke ConnectTM app.
Voltage and resistance thresholds
Fluke Battery Analyzers allow you to quickly and easily define advanced and minimum measurement criteria or tolerances. In the testing process The measured values are compared with the level of the established criteria. And cause a passing signal or a warning after each measurement Up to 10 criteria can be stored and the signal of the criteria is determined based on the following principles:
Resistance Voltage
> The voltage is lower <the voltage is higher than the reference voltage> and the
<Reference x
(1+% warning) reference x (1+ fail)
Fail, pass, warning, fail
Fluke Battery Management Software
With Fluke Battery Manager software, you can quickly import data from battery analyzers to your computer. Measurement data and battery profile data are stored with the management software. And can be used to compare results Switch the result between conductivity and resistance. And analyze trends to obtain battery profile measurement data And all analytical data can be easily used to generate reports.
- Quickly view your saved values
- Profile management
- Battery series histogram with end-user-defined criteria
- Historical trend data of battery
- Multiple cycle discharge voltage
- Quick report generation
- Upgrade Fluke Battery Analyzer firmware.
- Switch the measurement results between conductivity and resistance.
