Process calibration tools features.

In order to achieve and maintain a consistent production environment, constant process parameters are required. For Hot Bar Reflow Soldering, Heat-Seal Bonding, Heat Staking, ACF Laminating and ACF Final Bonding, the most important process parameters are bond pressure, thermode planarity and process temperature. Miyachi Europe equipment consists of reliable and stable components built to last. In order to ensure smooth operation within specifications and to monitor regular wear and tear over time it is vitally important to control

process parameters constantly or selectively. Miyachi Europe offers a complete range of process calibration tools specially designed to monitor production and processes accurately.
